Qorvo QPF4200 Wi-Fi® Module
Qorvo QPF4200 Wi-Fi® Module is an integrated Front-End Module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems. This FEM Wi-Fi module features 2412MHz to 2484MHz frequency of operation. The QPF4200 Wi-Fi module integrates a 2.4GHz Power Amplifier (PA), regulator, Single Pole Two Throw (SP2T) switch, bypassable Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), and DC power detector. This Wi-Fi module optimizes PA for a 5V supply voltage that reduces power consumption. The Qorvo QPF4200 Wi-Fi Module offers high linear output power and leading-edge throughput.
