Qorvo QPA4428 RF Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA4428 RF Amplifiers are GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75Ω push-pull RF amplifiers operating from 47MHz to 1218MHz. These RF amplifiers feature 28dB of flat gain and 4.6dB of low noise. The QPA4428 amplifiers offer low distortion at high efficiency and consume only 7W of power in a 5x7 QFN package. These Qorvo RF amplifiers are ideally suited for hybrid module applications. The QPA4428 amplifiers are designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 applications up to 1218MHz using a single 24V supply. Applications include DOCSIS 3.1, broadband CATV hybrid modules, head-end CMTS equipment, and 75Ω amplifiers.
