Power Integrations 2SP0320V2A0-17 Dual Channel IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 2SP0320V2A0-17 Dual Channel IGBT Driver is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play device. It is based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel-connected modules in 2-level, 3-level, and multilevel converter topologies. 2SP0320V2A0-17 is designed for 1700V PrimePACK™ IGBT modules. The device features an electrical interface or a fiber-optic interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. The Power Integrations 2SP0320V2A0-17 Dual Channel IGBT Driver features turn-on and turn-off gate resistors that are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility.
