Power Integrations 1SP0635D2S1-33 Single-Channel IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 1SP0635D2S1-33 Single-Channel IGBT Driver is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play IGBT driver based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel-connected modules. This driver is designed for 3300V 130mm x 140mm and 190mm x 140mm IGBT modules. The Power Integrations 1SP0635D2S1-33 features a fiber-optic interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply and can be used as a single driver or with multiple slaves to drive up to four parallel-connected IGBT modules. The driver features turn-on and turn-off gate resistors including the auxiliary gate capacitor that are not assembled to provide flexibility.
