Power Integrations 1SP0335V2M1-65 Single Channel IGBT Driver
Power Integrations 1SP0335V2M1-65 is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play IGBT driver in 2-level, 3-level, and multilevel converter topologies. This driver is based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel-connected modules. The 1SP0335V2M1-65 is a single-channel gate driver designed for 6500V 130mm x 140mm/190mm x 140mm IGBT modules.
This device has a master driver 1SP0335x2M1-65 that features a fiber-optic interface. This driver can be used as a stand-alone or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0335D2S1-65 slaves. The turn-on and turn-off gate resistors, and auxiliary gate capacitor are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility.
