Phoenix Contact SPC 4 Connectors
Phoenix Contact SPC 4 Connectors save a lot of space on the device with a pitch of 6.35mm and guarantee more safety with extended touch protection. These connectors come in three designs: a standard version without a locking mechanism, a top lock, and a center flange. The locking elements are color-coded and can be operated intuitively. The enhanced touch protection on the header and connector offers extra safety. THR headers enable reflow soldering processes and automated assembly, reducing production costs. The SPC 4 power connectors feature an innovative shield connection on the printed circuit board. The power connectors with plug-in shield connections via solder pin are ideal for drive technology, servo drives, inverters, and power electronics applications.
Top Lock Locking
The connectors provide the appropriate locking mechanism for connecting the plug and header safely and reliably without losing positions, saving space and ensuring an efficient device design.
Variety of headers for complete flexibility
The headers are vertical, horizontal, and 180°-rotated, ensuring complete design freedom for individual device design. The THR header was optionally equipped with tape-on-reel packaging. This helps device designers and manufacturers implement an automated assembly and easy integration into the SMT soldering.
Center flange and shielding plate
The SPC 4 power connectors offer great flexibility and feature an innovative shield connection on the Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
