ams OSRAM SFH 7061 Optical Force & Proximity Sensor Module

ams OSRAM SFH 7061 Optical Force and Proximity Sensor Module features an integrated 940nm IR emitter and photodiode in a 1.8mm x 1mm x 0.5mm package. This module is designed to withstand 2kV ESD according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2). The SFH 7061 module's IR emitter features a maximum reverse voltage of 5V, a typical half angle of ±60°, a typical radiant intensity of 2mW/sr, and a total radiant flux of 5.6mW. This module's photodiode features a spectral sensitivity range of 820nm to 1100nm, a radiant sensitive area of 0.121mm2, and a typical open-circuit voltage of 225mV.
