onsemi NL17SZ16 MiniGate™ Single Input Buffers

onsemi NL17SZ16 MiniGate™ Single Input Buffer operates from a 1.65V to 5.5V. This device features input/outputs that are overvoltage tolerant up to 5.5V and includes IOFF, which supports partial power-down protection. The onsemi NL17SZ16 is available in SC-88A, SC-74A, SOT-553, SOT-953, and UDFN6 packages.
