onsemi NL17SZ07 Buffers

onsemi NL17SZ07 Buffers are high-performance, single non-inverting buffers with open-drain output operating from a 1.65V to 5.5V voltage range. These buffers feature input/output overvoltage tolerance up to 5.5V. The NL17SZ07 buffers are available in either the SC70/SC88a/SOT-353 packages or the tiny 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 0.6mm SOT553 package. These buffers with "Q-suffix" are automotive AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable. The NL17SZ07 buffers are Pb-free, halogen-free, BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant. These devices are suitable for diverse applications, including embedded systems, automotive, industrial, and LED lighting.
