onsemi NCV8165 500mA LDO Linear Voltage Regulators

onsemi NCV8165 500mA Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Voltage Regulators offer low quiescent current consumption, low dropout, and a high 85dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, the NCV8165 features low output noise and very good load / line transients. The devices are designed to work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor.

The NCV8165 Linear Voltage Regulator is offered in an 8-pin DFNW Wettable Flank package, and is AEC−Q100 qualified and PPAP capable, making it ideal for use in automotive applications.
