onsemi NBA3N011S LVDS Driver & NBA3N012 LVDS Receiver

onsemi NBA3N011S Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) Driver and NBA3N012C LVDS Line Receiver are designed for low power, high data rate automotive applications. The NBA3N011S LVDS Driver accepts LVCMOS/TTL input and translates it to LVDS. The NBA3N011S provides low EMI with a typical output swing of 350mV. This device can be paired with its companion single line receiver NBA3N012C or any other LVDS receiver for a high-speed LVDS interface.

The LVDS output is designed as a 3.5mA (typical) current mode driver allowing low power dissipation even at the high frequency. The NBA3N012C LVDS Receiver directly accepts an LVDS signal as an input and translates it to LVCMOS output levels. The device includes a 100Ω input termination resistor, minimizing the number of external components required. The onsemi NBA3N011S LVDS Driver and the NBA3N012C LVDS Receiver support data rates higher than 400Mbps (200MHz). These devices are offered in a compact, 5-lead SOT23 package with a pinout optimized for easy PCB Layout.
