onsemi ASX344AT CMOS Image Sensor is a VGA format, single-chip CMOS active-pixel digital image sensor designed for automotive applications. This sensor captures high-quality color images at VGA resolution and outputs PAL or NTSC interlaced composite video. The ASX344AT sensor incorporates sophisticated camera functions on-chip programmable and supports SPI flash/EEPROM device programming. This sensor performs sophisticated processing functions like color correction, color recovery, programmable gamma correction, and sharpening. The ASX344AT sensor features a 1/4-inch optical format, 60(fps) frame rate, and 5.6µm x 5.6µm pixel size.
