onsemi SECO-NCD57000-GEVB Application Daughter Card
onsemi SECO-NCD57000-GEVB Application Daughter Card includes the NCD57000 isolated high-current and high-efficiency IGBT gate driver and all the necessary drive circuitry. This daughter card lets the user solder any MOSFET or SiC MOSFET in a TO-247 high-voltage package in SMD and THT. The SECO-NCD57000-GEVB daughter card is compatible with the SECO-GDBB-GEVB gate driver baseboard, which allows testing of up to 3 daughter cards simultaneously and comparing their performances. This daughter card can be used in low- or high-side power switching applications.
