Omron Electronics G3VM-YR MOSFET Relay
Omron Electronics G3VM-YR MOSFET Relay is a low-output-capacitance and low-ON-resistance type MOSFET relay suitable for high-frequency signal switches. This relay is available in a compact, lightweight 4-pin WSON package measuring 0.8mm × 2mm × 1.45mm and weighing just 0.01g. The G3VM-YR relay exhibits 13.2pF/Ω low CxR with 12pF COFF (standard), and 1.1Ω RON (standard), providing excellent output characteristics in the high-frequency domain. This high-temperature capable MOSFET relay features a -40°C to 110°C usable ambient operating temperature range. Typical applications include semiconductor test equipment, communication equipment, test and measurement equipment, and data loggers.
