NXP Semiconductors LPC18xx 32-Bit ARM Cortex™-M3 MCUs

NXP Semiconductors LPC18xx series 32-bit ARM Cortex™-M3 microcontrollers are the industry's fastest Cortex-M3 MCUs with processor frequencies of up to 180MHz. LPC18xx MCUs are manufactured using the same ultra-low leakage 90nm technology as LPC4300 series Cortex-M4 MCUs and are also pin- and software-compatible with many same key features. NXP LPC1830 and LPC1850 MCUs feature advanced peripherals, such as Ethernet, High Speed USB 2.0 Host/OTG/Device, LCD controller, and CAN 2.0B. There are also two new innovative peripherals: a flexible quad-SPI interface and a State Configurable Timer subsystem. LPC1800 devices offer up to 1MB of flexible dual-bank Flash for highly reliable in-application re-programming and non-stop Flash operation. NXP LPC1830 and LPC1850 MCUs include up to 200kB of on-chip SRAM provided in multiple banks. NXP LPC1857 features 1MB of flash memory, 136kB of SRAM, and advanced peripherals, including Ethernet, High Speed USB 2.0 Host/OTG/Device, LCD controller, and CAN 2.0B.

NXP LPC1857 is a high-performance, cost-effective Cortex™-M3 microcontroller featuring 1MB of flash memory, 136kB of SRAM, and advanced peripherals, including Ethernet, High Speed USB 2.0 Host/OTG/Device, LCD controller, and CAN 2.0B. NXP LPC1857 operates at speeds up to 180MHz and also features two new configurable peripherals: an SPI Flash Interface and a State Configurable Timer. All members of the LPC1800 series include a Wakeup Interrupt Controller, allowing automatic wake from any priority interrupt. These MCUs also feature four reduced power modes: Sleep, Deep-Sleep, Power-Down, and Deep Power-Down.
