NKK Switches G3T Process Sealed SMT Toggle with Thermal Sticker comes with a right-angle mount and features smooth, positive detent actuation and gold-plated contact stability. This SMT toggle switch is prefitted with a heat-resistant sticker that enables compatibility with SMT automation systems or pick-and-place machines. The G3T SMT toggle features an ultra-miniature size that enables high-density mounting, and its 0.6 gram weight makes the switch ideal for handheld equipment. This SMT toggle switch features a housing, base, and lever made of heat-resistant resin, allowing for vapor phase and infrared convection reflow soldering. The G3T SMT toggle comes with gull-wing terminals that provide mechanical stability during soldering and simplified solder joint inspection. This SMT toggle switch meets the UL94V-0 flammability rating and operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 85°C. Typical applications include PLC boards, avionic systems, wearable devices, robotic controllers, communication devices, sensor modules, and kitchen equipment.
