Nexperia 74AUPxxGx-Q100 Automotive Logic Gates feature a small footprint with up to 60% space saving over equivalent leaded packages. These devices are optimized for speed and power. The 74AUPxxGx-Q100 logic gates offer low propagation delay and low dynamic power dissipation. These devices ensure a very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.8V to 3.6V. The 74AUPxxGx-Q100 logic gates are AEC-Q100 qualified for use in automotive applications.

The Nexperia 74AUPxxGx-Q100 Automotive Logic Gates offer high noise immunity and low static power consumption. These devices are fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF.
