MYIR MYC-YT113X CPU & SOM Modules
MYIR MYC-YT113X CPU and SOM Modules measure only 37mm x 39mm and feature a low-cost embedded Arm® SoM based on the Allwinner T113-S3 processor. The processor offers up to 1.2GHz Dual-core Arm® Cortex-A7 MPU with built-in 128MB DDR3, single-core Hi-Fi4 DSP, and a Robust Video Engine. Additionally, the device supports a broad range of peripherals, such as Gigabit Ethernet, 2xCAN, 2xUSB2.0, and 6xUART.
The MYIR MYC-YT113X implements the features of the T113-S3 processor and has standard configurations for 256MB Nand Flash or 4GB eMMC external memory options. Several peripheral and IO signals are accessed through a 1.0mm pitch 140-pin stamp-hole (Castellated-Hole) expansion interface. The module can run Linux and is ideal for applications such as HMI, industrial automation, display, and control terminals.
