MSA Safety FieldServer EZ Gateway
MSA Safety FieldServer EZ Gateway is an easy-to-use, high-performance, building and industrial automation protocol gateway for integrators, interface Modbus certified products, and BACnet management systems. The FieldServer EZ Gateway is ideal for use in commercial buildings, campuses, and industrial facilities.
The FieldServer EZ Gateway incorporates Modbus-based devices and systems to BACnet-based management systems over BACnet MS/TP or BACnet/IP protocols. The device combines field-hardened Modbus and BACnet protocol drivers with an easy to use configuration interface. Configurations can be built in the field or office using the intuitive web-based interface, thereby simplifying the commissioning and integration process.
The FieldServer DeviceProxy™ feature allows each Modbus device to be presented as a corresponding virtual BACnet device within the EZ Gateway. This provides granular visibility and control over each Modbus device from within a BACnet management framework. The FieldServer EZ Gateway allows users ease of use and can minimize configuration and commissioning time, while also reducing ongoing operating and maintenance costs.
