Molex Manual Wire Stripper Tool provides a wide stripping capacity with fine adjustability, reducing overall tooling investments and providing production flexibility. The fine adjustability ensures that thin insulations can be stripped without damage to conductors and features a built-in wire cutter. The wire stripper is designed for conduit wire, flex power, equipment, and flat phone cables. The wire diameters range from 0.03mm² to 16.00mm² (32AWG to 6AWG) in diameter, and the insulation thickness is 1.00mm (.040”) maximum. The tool is self-adjusting, but 90% of wires can be stripped without adjusting the tool. Other features include a lightweight, ergonomic design qualified for high-volume production and portable field usage.
