Mill-Max Solder Cup Spring Loaded Connectors

Mill-Max Solder Cup Spring Loaded Connectors (SLCs) include single row headers, double row headers, and a spring pin with a current rating of 2A (continuous use). These SLCs provide a 1.14mm mid-stroke with a 2.29mm maximum stroke. The longer stroke compensates for tolerance stack-ups in assemblies and provides greater flexibility for unpredictable motion due to shock and vibration. The SLCs feature 0947-0-15-20-77-14-11-0 spring-loaded pins with solder cups and each pin in the connector provides a 60g mid-stroke force. These solder cups are sized to accommodate up to a 22AWG wire. These SLCs are an interfacing solution for discrete wire-to-board, cable-to-board, or cable-to-cable applications.
