Micro Commercial Components (MCC) UDxKB Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers
MCC UDxKB Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers are 1-phase bridge rectifiers offering a 2A to 8A average forward current, 50V to 1000V working peak reverse voltage, and a high surge forward current capability. Offered in a D3K package, the UDxKB components operate in a -55°C to +150°C temperature range. These devices feature UL94V-0 rated epoxy, a lead-free finish, and are RoHS Compliant.
