Micro Commercial Components (MCC) AEC-Q101 40V-100V Trench MOSFETs are N-channel and P-channel power MOSFETs that are PPAP capable. These Trench MOSFETs come in trench and split-gate trench MOSFET technologies that provide flexibility. The trench and split gate MOSFETs support high-voltage, including auto power supplies, DC-DC converters, and electric field distribution. These MOSFETs feature Low RDS(on) to minimize conduction losses, and low capacitance reduces driver loss. The AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFETs are halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These MOSFETs are ideal for battery charging, Battery Management Systems (BMS), automotive lighting, Electric Power Steering (EPS), DC-DC converters, high voltage protection, and motor controls.The AEC-Q101 40V-100V Trench MOSFETs enable fast switching, minimize power losses, and improve system efficiency.
