Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX11192/95/98 Evaluation Kit

Analog Devices MAX11192/95/98 Evaluation Kits are designed to evaluate the 12-bit (MAX11192), 14-bit (MAX11195), or 16-bit (MAX11198), 2-channel, 2Msps, fully differential simultaneously sampling SAR ADCs. These kits include an evaluation board and a GUI communicating from the target device to the PC. Each evaluation kit is connected to a ZedBoard™ through a low-pin-count FMC connector. Each evaluation kit can be powered by a 12V supply from ZedBoard or an external power supply. The Analog Devices MAX11192/95/98 Evaluation Kit GUI allows different sample sizes, adjustable sampling rates, and graphing software that includes the FFT and histogram of the sampled signals.
