The CFT-50X LEDs offer a wide wavelength selection where ten spectra are available and specifically tailored to excite fluorophores/dyes used in life science and research markets. These LEDs are compatible with high-voltage/low current operation to meet diverse application requirements. The CFT-50X LEDs are ideal for fiber-coupled illumination, life-science/ biomedical, fluorescence microscopy, machine vision, industrial lighting, and light engines.

- 5mm² square emission area for optimal coupling into 2mm to 4mm diameter fiber bundles, with monolithic emission area for efficient coupling in smaller fibers
- Compatible with high-voltage/low current operation to meet diverse application requirements
- High drive current operation up to 4A/mm2 DC and 6A/mm2 in pulsed mode with excellent peak wavelength stability over current and temperature variations
- Isolated metal PCB with excellent thermal resistance, featuring automotive-grade connectors with a lock-in mechanism for secure connections
