Littelfuse SP1255 & SP1555 TVS Diode Arrays for VBUS

Littelfuse SP1255 and SP1555 TVS Diode Arrays for VBUS integrate a 13.5V or 15V TVS diode to provide lightning surge protection for the USB VBUS pin. Littelfuse SP1255 provides up to 160A (tp=8/20µs) and the SP1555 provides up to 120A (tp=8/20µs) lighting surge protection per the IEC 61000-4-5 standard. These TVS diode arrays provide superior protection for current-intensive applications, such as fast-charging peripherals, and are ideal for smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronics.
