Littelfuse AK6-FB Axial Leaded TVS Diodes
Littelfuse AK6-FB Axial Leaded TVS Diodes are designed to meet the severe surge-test environment for both AC and DC line-protection applications. These diodes feature a very fast response and ultra-low clamping characteristics as compared to Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs). The AK6-FB TVS diodes offer a 6kA current rating and are capable of both reflow and wave soldering. These diodes maintain any voltage rise due to increased current conduction at a minimum magnitude, providing the best possible protection level. The AK6-FB TVS diodes provide a clamping voltage lower than the avalanche voltage (but above the rated working voltage). These diodes are halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
