Littelfuse 5.0SMDJxxS Single-Chip TVS Diodes
Littelfuse 5.0SMDJxxS Single-Chip TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. These TVS diodes feature low profile package, good clamping capability, built-in strain relief, and glass passivated chip junction. The 5.0SMDJxxS diodes provide ESD and EFT protection of data lines in accordance with the IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4, respectively. These TVS diodes offer short typical failure mode from over-specified voltage or current. Littelfuse 5.0SMDJxxS diodes are ideal for surface-mount applications to optimize board space.
