Littelfuse 30KPA-HR and 30KPA-HRA TVS Diodes

Littelfuse 30KPA-HR and 30KPA-HRA High-Reliability Series TVS Diodes are designed specially to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These devices are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications. Littelfuse 30KPA-HR meets Group B Testing requirements.

  • 30000W peak pulse capability at 10/100µs waveform with 0.01% repetition rate (duty cycles)
  • Less than 1.0ps (typical) from 0V to BV min response time
  • Less than 2µA typical IR when VBR min>73V
  • VBR @TJ= VBR@25°C x (1+αT x (TJ - 25)) (αT:Temperature Coefficient)
  • Typical failure mode is short from over-specified voltage or current
  • Whisker test is conducted based on JEDEC JED201A per table 4a and 4c
  • IEC-6100-4-2 ESD 30kV(Air), 30kV (Contact)
  • ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 (IEC801-2)
  • EFT protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-4 (IEC801-4)
  • Low incremental surge resistance
  • High-temperature reflow soldering guaranteed
