KEMET Z5U Commercial Grade SMD ≤250V MLCCs
KEMET Z5U Commercial Grade SMD ≤250V MLCCs are a family of Class III ceramic chip capacitors used for bypass and decoupling applications. These dielectrics are also suitable for designs where dielectric losses, high insulation resistance, and capacitance stability are not critical. The general-purpose Z5U series operates between +10°C and +85°C, with wide capacitance variations respective to ambient temperature. These lead-free KEMET MLCCs are offered in six case sizes, with models ranging from a 50VDC to 100VDC voltage rating and 6800pF to 2.2µF capacitance range.
