Infineon Technologies BGS14MA11 SP4T RF Switch IC is designed for multimedia handsets based on LTE and WCDMA. This RF switch IC utilizes proprietary technology with excellent RF performance. The ultra-low insertion loss helps to achieve high system sensitivity, coverage of LTE Tx power, and 6GHz enables the broad application. Infineon Technologies BGS14MA11 SP4T switch IC features DC-free RF-ports and external DC blocking capacitors at the RF-ports, which are only required if DC voltage is applied externally. This switch IC is ideal for LTE diversity, LTE uplink TX, and LAA applications.Features
