Hirose Electric FX31 FunctionMAX™ Floating High-Current Connectors are high-current, floating board-to-board connectors designed for internal power applications in automotive systems and related sectors, including agricultural machinery and construction equipment. With a 9.5mm pitch, 20mm stacking height, and a robust design, the Hirose FX31 supports up to 25A per pin at 800V while absorbing vibration and compensating for misalignment (±0.5mm in X/Y and ±1.mm in Z). The vibration-absorbing structure of this series reduces PCB stress by 0.05mm in the Z direction, and heat resistance up to +125°C ensures long-term reliability in harsh environments. The FX31 is ideal for powertrain, electronic control units (ECUs), and other in-vehicle systems that require stable, high-power connectivity.
