HARTING HAN® ORV3 Connectors
HARTING HAN® ORV3 Connectors are low-profile devices designed and developed for use on data center power shelves. These connectors' structure consists of a lower and an upper hood shell that holds the contacts in place once the hood shells snap together. The cable gland purely offers a strain relief function and contributes to the overall IP20 design. The HAN ORV3 comes with a cap on the contacts and features a right-angle entry. The connectors operate at -40°C to +65°C temperature range and 2.5kV impulse voltage. The HAN ORV3 is ideal for data centers, OCP spec power shelves, and 1U size.
The Han ORV3 strikes a balance between standardization requirements and achieving as much flexibility as possible. These ORV3 components avoid complexity, enabling high availability in cases of rack unit failures and low average repair times.
The ORV3 30A hood is designed to accommodate a 30A current rating within 1U power shelf applications.
