Guerrilla RF GRF1201/GRF1201W Power Detectors
Guerrilla RF GRF1201/GRF1201W Power Detectors are low-cost, logarithmic, and average power detectors with a 100MHz to 6000MHz frequency range. These power detectors feature flexible bias voltage, minimal external components, and an InGaP HBT process. The Guerrilla RF GRF1201/GRF1201W power detectors come in a 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.5mm 6-pin plastic DFN package. These power detectors operate at 2.7V to 5V of supply voltage and -40°C to 105°C temperature range. The GRF1201/GRF1201W power detectors are stored at -65°C to 150°C temperature range and have a 0.1GHz to 6Hz tuning frequency range.Features
