Exascend SA4 Series Automotive-grade SATA3 SSDs

Exascend SA4 Series Automotive-grade SATA3 Solid State Drives (SSDs) are designed for read-intensive enterprise-class workloads. These SSDs deliver speeds up to 550MB/sequential read, 535MB/s sequential write, 98,000IOPS random read, and 24,000IOPS for full drive 4k random write. The SA4 (max) SSDs support up to 5 Drive Writes Per Day (DWPD) under the JESD219 enterprise, and SA4 (standard) SSDs support 0.6DWPD. These SSDs support Full Disk Encryption (FDE) as a Self-Encrypting Drive (SED) with TCG Opal 2.0 and RAID ECC for exceptional reliability and stability.

The SA4 SSDs feature data path protection, throughput bandwidth, <4W active power consumption, 10G vibration (peak, 10Hz to 2000Hz), AES-256 encryption (optional), Host Initiated Link Power Management (HIPM), and Device Initiated Link Power Management (DIPM). These SSDs are compatible with Windows 10/8.1/7, Windows Server 2016/2012 R2/2012, CentOS, Fedora, FreeBSD, openSUSE, Red Hat, Ubuntu, KVM, Citrix, and VMware ESXi systems.
