Diodes Incorporated SBRFP10U60D1 SBR® (Super Barrier Rectifier) Diode
Diodes Incorporated SBRFP10U60D1 SBR® (Super Barrier Rectifier) Diode is ideally suited for ultra-low blocking mode applications. SBR Diodes are next-generation Schottky Rectifiers that utilize a MOS manufacturing process. This creates a superior two-terminal device with a lower forward voltage (VF) than comparable Schottky diodes. The devices possess the thermal stability and high-reliability characteristics of PN epitaxial diodes. The field-plated SBRFP10U60D1 SBR Diode is offered in a robust, industry-standard RoHS-compliant TO252 (DPAK) package, with a wide -55°C to +150°C operating temperature range.
