Diodes Incorporated AP7369Q Automotive ULDO Regulators
Diodes Incorporated AP7369Q Automotive Ultra-Low Dropout (ULDO) Regulators feature a wide input voltage range (up to 45V), low quiescent current (2.1µA), and provide a 150mA load current. These regulators provide a very fast response against line voltage and load current transients and ensure no overshoot voltage occurs during startup and short-circuit recovery. The devices also feature integrated short-circuit and thermal-shutdown protection. The Diodes Inc. AP7369Q ULDO Regulators are available in 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V fixed output voltage versions.Features
