Bourns CD0603-B/CD123D-B Schottky Barrier Chip Diodes
Bourns CD0603-B0xR and CD123D-B1xR Schottky Barrier Chip Diodes are available in a compact, low-profile SMD package and intended to be mounted directly onto an FR4 printed circuit board. These Bourns small-signal components are ideal for switching and rectification applications. Each series is RoHS compliant and Halogen-Free. CD0603-B0xR and CD123D-B1xR devices offer better performance and higher efficiency than other Schottky barrier chip diodes.
The CD0603-B0xR measures 1.6mm x 0.9mm x 0.6mm. The device fits the 0603 footprint. The diodes offer a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40V with a choice of forward current of 200mA and 300mA.
Bourns CD123D-B1xR measures 3.4mm x 1.9mm x 1.0mm. The component fits the SOD123 footprint. The Schottky barrier diodes offer a forward current of 1A with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltage of 20V and 40V.
