Bourns PTVS20-015C-H High Current TVS Diode offers 20kA, 8/20µs surge capability per IEC 61000-4-5, and a 1V repetitive standoff voltage. This diode comes in a surface-mount DFN package and provides effective ESD protection due to the low working voltage. The PTVS20-015C-H diode is a bidirectional TVS with low clamping voltage under surge. The diode is also RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
