Analog Devices Inc. MAXM17633, MAXM17634, MAXM17635 Power Modules

Analog Devices Inc. MAXM17633, MAXM17634, and MAXM17635 Power Modules are a series of voltage regulator ICs and power modules. These devices enable cooler, smaller, and simpler power supply solutions. The MAXM17633, MAXM17634, and MAXM17635 feature an integrated controller, MOSFETs, compensation components, and an inductor. The modules operate from 4.5V to 36V input and deliver up to 2A output current.

The ADI MAXM17633, MAXM17634, and MAXM17635 Power Modules are available in a low profile, compact 24-pin, 4mm x 4mm x 1.75mm, uSLIC™ package.
