Analog Devices Inc. OPx82 Dual/Quad Low-Power High-Speed JFET Op Amps

Analog Devices OPx82 Dual/Quad Low-Power High-Speed JFET Operational Amplifiers comprises the OP282 (dual) and OP482 (quad) devices. These ADI amplifiers deliver excellent speed while maintaining exceptionally low supply currents. Designed for unity-gain stability, these op amps provide a typical slew rate of 9V/µs, consume less than 250µA per amplifier, and achieve a typical gain bandwidth of 4MHz. A JFET input stage minimizes bias current to just a few picoamps - remaining under 500pA across the full temperature range. The offset voltage stays below 3mV for the dual amplifier and under 4mV for the quad version. The OP282 is available in the standard 8-lead, narrow SOIC and MSOP packages. The OP482 is available in the PDIP-14 and narrow SOIC-14 packages, as well as a 14-ball WLCSP.

With a wide output swing (within 1.5V of each supply), low power consumption, and high slew rate, the OP282/OP482 are ideal for battery-powered systems or power-restricted applications. An input common-mode range that includes the positive supply makes the OP282/OP482 components an excellent choice for high-side signal conditioning.
