Analog Devices Inc. LTC554x Series 2GHz to 14GHz Microwave Mixers
Analog Devices LTC554x Series 2GHz to 14GHz Microwave Mixers offer high-performance and double-balanced passive mixing used for frequency upconversion or downconversion. The LTC5548 has a broadband differential DC to 6GHz IF port and is excellent for applications where the IF frequency range extends below 500MHz. The LTC5549 has an RF port band range of 2GHz to 14GHz, and an IF port optimized for 500MHz to 6GHz.
The mixers have an integrated LO frequency doubler, which is enabled or disabled with a CMOS-compatible control pin. The Analog Devices LTC554x Series offers a high level of integration that minimizes total solution cost in a small package.
