Analog Devices Inc. LTC3314 8A Step-Down DC/DC Regulator

Analog Devices Inc. LTC3314 8A Step-Down DC/DC Regulator features dual monolithic synchronous 4A step-down converters. The Analog Devices Inc. LTC3314 is housed in a small 2.2mm x 2.7mm package. The device features a constant frequency, peak current mode architecture, and the ability to achieve switching frequencies of up to 3MHz. The LTC3314 has unparalleled efficiency and fast transient response while requiring minimal external components. The device has the added benefit of being configured as a single output, 2-phase 8A step-down converter.
