Analog Devices Inc. LT8365 Low IQ Boost/SEPIC/Inverting Converters
Analog Devices Inc. LT8365 Low IQ Boost/SEPIC/Inverting Converters feature 1.5A, 150V switch operation from a 2.8V to 60V input. The converters have a unique single feedback pin architecture capable of boost, SEPIC, or inverting configurations. Burst Mode operation consumes as low as 9µA quiescent current to maintain high efficiency at low output currents while keeping the typical output ripple below 15mV.
