Analog Devices Inc. HMC1110 GaAs MMIC Frequency Multipliers

Analog Devices Inc. HMC1110 x6 active broadband frequency multiplier chips feature GaAs pHEMT technology. When driven by a +4dBm signal, the HMC1110 multipliers deliver a typical +13dBm output power from 71GHz to 86GHz. With respect to the output signal level, HMC1110's 5Fo and 7Fo harmonic isolation ratings are +25dBc and +40dBc respectively. By integrating input and output amplifiers, the HMC1110 Multipliers from Analog Devices reduce part count. The design of the HMC1110 Multipliers makes them ideal for use in LO multiplier chains in point-to-point and VSAT radios.
