Analog Devices Inc. AD4032 Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADC

Analog Devices Inc. AD4032 500kSPS Successive Approximation Registers are 2MSPS or 500kSPS successive approximation registers (SAR). The AD4032 features analog-to-digital converters (ADC) with Easy Drive™. The devices have a guaranteed maximum ±0.9ppm integral nonlinearity (INL) and no missing codes at 24-bits. The AD4032 achieves unparalleled precision from -40°C to +125°C.
