ABLIC S-19318 Automotive Linear Regulator IC
ABLIC S-19318 Automotive Linear Regulator IC offers a high-withstand voltage and low dropout positive voltage regulator with a reset function. This IC includes a built-in ON/OFF circuit developed using high-withstand voltage CMOS process technology. The S-19318 IC features a 36V maximum input voltage, 3µA typical low current consumption, ±2.0% output voltage accuracy, and -40°C to 150°C operating temperature range. This device offers a thermal simulation service that supports the thermal design in conditions when a power management IC is in use. The S-19318 linear regulator IC is ideal for constant-voltage power supply and reset circuits for automotive electric components.
