ABLIC S-19114 Automotive Voltage Detectors
ABLIC S-19114 Automotive Voltage Detectors are high-accuracy detectors developed using CMOS technology. These detectors exhibit 10μs maximum detection response time, which enables quick detection of voltage abnormalities. The S-19114 detectors feature an N-channel open-drain output, 2μA current consumption, and 4V to 12V (0.05V step) detection voltage range. The release and detection voltage are fixed internally with an ±1.5% accuracy. The S-19114 voltage detectors operate from 3V to 36V voltage range and -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These voltage detectors are used in automotive battery voltage detection, Battery Management Systems (BMS), DC/DC converters, and on-board chargers.Features
