Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX77950 WPC/PMA Dual Mode Wireless Power Receiver

Analog Devices MAX77950 WPC/PMA Dual Mode Wireless Power Receiver operates using near-field magnetic induction when combined with a WPC or PMA transmitter. The MAX77950 is compliant with WPC low-power (v1.2) and PMA SR1 (v2.0) communication protocols. With every 100mV step, the MAX77950 has an output programmable range of 3.5V to 12.7V. Over the entire load range, the Wireless Power Receiver has a precision output current and a voltage-sensing scheme. The I2C serial interface transmits the status of power transfer and alerts, allowing the MAX77950 to communicate with an application processor. Another feature of Analog Devices MAX77950 is PeerPower™ mode, which enables power transfer to another peer device through in-band ASK communications.
