CML Micro EV90A002 Evaluation Board
CML Micro EV90A002 Evaluation Board is a dedicated development platform designed to simplify evaluation and characterization of the CML Micro CMX90A002 860MHz to 960MHz two-stage MMIC power amplifier. The board provides a complete reference design with optimized RF layout, integrated bias circuitry, and 50Ω input and output interfaces. These features enable engineers to quickly assess amplifier performance, efficiency, gain, output power, and power-control functionality across the device’s 1.9V to 4.5V operating range. Built on a four-layer FR-4 PCB, the EV90A002 accelerates the development of smart meters, automatic meter readers (AMR), industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) equipment, wireless modules, and 868MHz/915MHz ISM-band applications while serving as a reference for production-ready designs.
